uma beleza graciosa

Uma criativa de Nova Iorque, Charlex, resolveu desafiar os seus trabalhadores para produzirem o trabalho que desejassem, para assim poder servir de cartão de visita da empresa. O director da empresa Alex Weil diz que,

"Our original intent was simply to have an unfettered creative outlet for the many talented people that are part of our company".

A designer, Diana Park, criadora do desenho original do trabalho diz que a sua inspiração se baseou em,

"crafting the image of a machine creating nature. Usually it's the other way around, but conceptually and aesthetically, I thought it would be fun and challenging to mix the two."

O trabalho criado, "ShapeShifter", é um objecto de excelência do design gráfico, mas não só. Existe toda uma capacidade de fazer fluir narrativamente o grafismo, de lhe atribuir progressão, e levar o espectador. Depois o cuidado colocado na criação de "ShapeShifter" vai ao pormenor de ter como narrador o actor Gabriel Byrne, que eleva o tom de toda a obra, sustentado num fabuloso texto, "Dreams" de Fitzgerald Scott e ainda ancorado por uma banda sonora do compositor Peter Lauridsen.
